The facility was clean and easy to navigate, plus we received a prompt return call when we needed to contact customer service (I had forgotten my building entry code #). More dollies and carts would be helpful since they were all being used the whole time that we were there which meant we had to resort to moving heavy items on a moving blanket and slides that we fortunately brought, just in case.

The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Maggie. We have been utilizing the storage units for over 20 years. Wish that they had more indoor large rv storage nearby.

Great facility and experience. They are easy to work with and accommodating. This is our second time renting a garage size storage unit from them and we've always been happy with the space and service.
