Had to move my 88-year-old mother-in-law out her apartment as she is in Rehab and won't be able to return to her apartment. needed a clean, secure and large enough unit near her apartment to enable move with many trips. B and C storage had two facilities in Dewitt nearby and the one on Manlius Center Road had a 10 x 10 unit available. I rented online and also purchased insurance. Sharon from the office called me with temporary code for storage access as the unit i rented is inside. Once I got there and checked the unit it was nice to see it was sealed with a seal and that they have a welcome bag with a free disc lock with instructions on how to lock unit. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. they also have a 2 wheel and four-wheel dolly in the hall for your use along with a door stop to hold open outside door so you can easily access and move in and out. So far all has gone well. I have completely filled the unit and their unit calculator tool is a great help in figuring out sizing.

BC Storage has been great. The move in process was quick and painless, they had my storage unit ready to go the same day I signed up for it. I also moved from a larger unit to a smaller one and they made this process extremely easy as well. The facilities are secure and clean. I could not be happier with my experience.
