I rented at B&C for a few years awhile back. I really liked everything about it. When I called to pay each month the lady was so sweet. I now am renting again and it is just as awesome except the little concrete ramp is hard to walk up and down with totes in your hands. Thank you

**2022 update: I’ve now been a customer for over 5 years and have always been satisfied. I recently had some security concerns with the Central Square location and called and left a somewhat frustrated voicemail message. I was called back promptly the next morning, offered a discount on that months rent, and the problems were rectified quickly. Still satisfied after 5 years of renting.** Couldn't be happier with my overall experience. From the moment I met Kathleen at the Central Square location the customer service and overall experience could not have been better. Extremely helpful and informative. Covered all bases and made sure any questions or concerns I had were taken care of before we left. The entire process could not have been easier. The storage area itself was very neat and tidy...I left with absolutely no questions or second guesses in my mind. Very satisfied with the service I was given, the facility, and the rates are very reasonable too! I will definitely be using B&C for all my storage needs moving forward and will recommend everyone I can to do the same!
