Can't say enough good things about how B&C Storage made my recent storage upgrade and move to a larger facility so easy and painless. From the moment I shared what it was that I was looking to do, the agent working with me immediately began looking for close options and then sharing dimension variations and then locations with me. Who knew I'd only have to move about 9-10 miles away. She put me at ease about how far I would have to relocate my stored belongings and gave me multiple options within 20-25 minutes of my present storage location. I chose the location and storage dimensions that fit every changing need I was going through, and then gave me a temporary passcode to look at the facility after hours by myself to make sure it was what I wanted and needed. To top it all off, I was given 2 full weeks to relocate my belongings from the existing smaller storage unit and location to the new larger storage unit and location. If they need me to do a customer experience commercial for them, I will!
